In bowl combine:
1 large can pineapple chunks/tidbits and juice
1 can drained mandarin oranges
1 can drained fruit cocktail
¼ C real lemon juice

Sprinkle over fruit:
1 pkg instant dry lemon or vanilla pudding mix

Stir gently

Cool and serve

Optional adds:
chopped nuts
coconut
