Mix:
⅓ C soy sauce
⅓ C honey
1 Tsp finely chopped fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced

Marinate:
2 whole port tenderloins overnight

Bake 350, basting frequently for approx. 1 hour or more

Hot Mustard Sauce:

Mix and let stand 2 hours:

C dry mustard
1 Tsp vinegar
Tsp soy sauce
water to make thick paste

Option: add catsup to make red sauce

Serve with sesame seeds
