2 cups pineapple chunks - (either fresh or canned)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup golden raisins
2 TB brown sugar
1 TB white wine vinegar
1 tsp cumin
2 TB fresh cilantro
2 TB olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan cook all ingredients except cilantro for 15 minutes until thickened & reduced.

Remove from heat & add cilantro

Spoon over ham
