3+1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1+3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
8 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325º

Sift flour, measure & then sift twice with baking soda,salt & nutmeg.

Cream butter until light& fluffy. Add sugar slowly & beat until mixture resembles whipped cream.
Add whole eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in half the flour mixture.
Add extracts then the rest of the flour mixture with mixer on lowest speed.

Pour batter into two greased 5 X 9 loaf pans or tube pab
Cut through batter several times with knife to break up air bubbles.

Bake 60 - 70 minutes.
