1 Pkg frozen mix veges, cooked and drained
¼ C chopped peppers
1 TAB minced onions
2 Cans tuna, drained
4 servings instant potatoes, omit butter
½ C mayonnaise
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites, beaten till stiff

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked vege's, peppers, onions and tuna.
Prepare instant potatoes, fold in mayonnaise, Add egg yolks, one at a time, beat until fluffy.
Stir into vege mix.

Fold still egg whites into above.

Pour into 1½ quart casserole

Bake 350º for 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
