1 can (16 oz ) Apple Pie Filling
2 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
2 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter 9x13 dish. Combine all ingredients.
In large bowl and blend well. Turn into prepared dish and bake until done about 1 hr.
 

With Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:

1 c. Powdered Sugar
1 package cream cheese (3oz.)
1/4 c. Margarine
1 tsp. Vanilla

Combine all ingredients and mix to spreading consistency. Spread over
cooled cake.
