3 TAB oil
Tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1- lbs uncooked cleaned shrimp
lb pea pods
C sliced bamboo shoots
C chicken bouillon
1 TAB soy sauce
1 Tsp sugar
1 Tab dry sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Heat, oil, ginger and garlic in wok.
Add shrimp stir fry 1- minutes.
Add pea pods and bamboo shoots, stir fry 2 minutes.
Add, boullion, soy sauce, sugar and sherry.
Stir fry 2 minutes

Serve over hot rice
