2 C Sugar
1-1/2 C Oil
2 Tsp Vanilla
4 Eggs
2-1/2 C Flour
2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 - 15oz Can Crushed Pineapple, drained
3 C Grated Carrots
1 C Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, beating until well mixed.
Combine and sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add flour fix to creamed mix, beat ell, add carrots & pineapple.
Beat until well mixed, add nuts
Place in 13x9/2 pan.

Bake 350º for 45-50 minutes

Frost with cream cheese frosting.
