1-2 lbs chicken tenders
4 Tablespoons sour cream
2 pkgs concentrated chicken stock
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup water
fresh or dried dill weed
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut skin and ligament from chicken tenders. Season all over with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in large pan over medium high heat and cook chicken until golden brown on each side. Turn off heat and transfer to a plate and set aside to rest.

In the pan used to cook the chicken, add water. Stir insour cream, stock concentrate, 1/2 teaspoon of dill and salt and pepper. Stir, scraping off any browned bits from bottom of pan.

Pour sauce over chicken tenders and garnish with some additional dill as you like.
