1/2 # mushrooms chopped
3 T. butter, melted
1/2 cup ( 14 ) saltine crackers, crushed
1 bunch of onions chopped
8 oz. jack cheese, grated
1 cup cottage cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 t. paprika
1/4 t cayenne

Directions:
Mix mushrooms, melted butter, crushed saltine crackers together, press into quiche dish.

Sauté chopped onions in 2 T. butter.. Add cheese, 3 eggs ( beaten), cottage cheese and seasonings.

Mix well, pour over crust.

Bake 350º for 1 hr. or til set.
