1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
4 1/2 TBSP sugar
3/4 cup butter, melted

1 cup sugar
2 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 8 oz. Cool whip thawed
1 6 oz. strawberry flavored Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 16 oz. pkg frozen strawberries

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together the pretzels,4 1/2 TBSP sugar and melted butter. Press this into the bottom of a 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Set aside and cool completely.

In a medium bowl, beat the sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the cool whip. Spread evenly over the cooled crust. Regrigerate until set about 30 minutes.


In a medium bowl, stir together the jello mix and boiling water until dissolved. mix in the frozen strawverries and stir until thawed. This will thicken. pour over the cream cheese layer in the pan. Refrigerate completely chilled at lease 1 hour.
