2-3 qt fresh blueberries
1 1/2 c sugar
4 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 c cold water

1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c oatmeal
1 c brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix berries, cornstarch sugar and water. Pour into pan and put into oven while you are preparing the topping - NO longer than 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350º. Mix dry ingredients. Add melted butter until crumbly. Gently stir berries in pan. Sprinkle crumbs over berries. Bake for about 30 minutes until topping is browned and berries start bubbling around sides of pan.
