1 head of lettace
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced green or red pepper
1/4 cup sliced onion
1 pkg frozen peas, thawed
1+1/2 cup Miracle Whip dressing
2 TB sugar
1/2 to 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Bacon bits ( or a couple slices of cooked, then crumbled bacon)
Cauliflower bits

Directions:

Break up lettace into bite size pieces & layer into a glass 9 x 13 dish.

Over this, put celery, peppers, onions, cauliflower pieces & peas

Mix sugar into Miracle Whip & spread over the peas.

sprinkle cheese then bacon on top.

Cover & let sit in refrigerator overnight.

Just before serving dump all into a big bowl & mix until coated
