Ingredients:  
1/4 tsp powdered mustard
1+1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 TB sugar
1 cup salad oil
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup wine vinegar
Half of a medium Cauliflower
1 green pepper, cut into thin slices
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
1 cup fresh mushrooms or 1 large can of mushrooms, drained
8 cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse, pat dry & thinly slice fresh mushrooms or drain canned mushrooms & set aside

In a large bowl, thoroughly combine salad oil, vinegar, onion, salt & pepper, mustard & sugar.

Stir in mushrooms, celery & green peppers.

Slice cauliflower into bite size slices/ pieces & add to mixture & coat well.

Let marinate atleast an hour.

Just before serving, add in the tomatoes
