1-2 chicken breasts
1 small chopped onion
2-3 cups frozen Asian vegetables
2 Tbsp molasses
2 Tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Mushrooms, fresh or canne1
1-2 Tbsp of oil
Cornstarch to thicken

1. Saute onions and chopped chicken in oil (sesame or other), include mushrooms if using fresh ones
2. Add 1 cup water and all other ingredients except vegetables. Cook 10 min.
3. Thicken with cornstarch add to a little liquid and add vegetables
4. Heat through and serve on rice.

Old recipe from my mother used to call for canned chop suey vegetables. Can also be made with beef or shrimp.
