1 venison back strap cut in 1 inch butterfly pieces
1 bottle of Allegro Hickory Smoke marinade
1 pound of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut backstrap of venison into butterfly pieces.

Place in a gallon Ziploc bag and cover with Allegro marinade.

Marinade for at least one hour.

Pull venison from the bag and lay the pieces flat on a plate.

Take one piece of bacon and wrap it around the venison piece. Hold in place with a toothpick.

Continue the process with other pieces of venison.

Cook on a grill to medium heat.

Enjoy with a baked potato and salad.
