Directions:
Cook and shred chicken.

In a pan cover carrots, potatoes, onions with chicken broth. Boil until desired tenderness.

Add peas and green beans to other vegetables. Do not overcook vegetables. Do not drain off the broth.

In a bowl mix chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, in the chicken broth. Add more broth or a second can of cream of chicken soup if necessary. The mixture should be creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon mixture to a heaping level into one of the frozen or homemade pie crusts.

Place the second pie crust on top of the mixture. Press gently along the edges of the pie to seal the crusts. Make a small slit in the top of the crust.

Bake at 375º or according to the pie crust's directions until the crust is golden brown.

Enjoy!
