Mushrooms
Butter
Garlic
White wine
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and cut mushrooms in half or as desired.
Add 1-2 tablespoons butter in skillet. Melt butter and
add mushrooms. SautÚ about 4 minutes and add garlic.
Add desired salt and pepper. SautÚ another 4 minutes.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons white wine. SautÚ 2 more min.
Serve.
