Ingredients: 2 lbs cooked shredded chicken
2 containers of chive and onion cream cheese
3 cans of crescent rolls
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped spinach (optional)
1 cup finely chopped green onions (optional)
1 finely chopped jalapeno (optional)

Directions:Cook chicken and shred. Pre-cooked rotisserie chicken works very well.
In a bowl mix chicken, cream cheese, cheese, and spinach.
Take two crescent rolls from the can. Place the triangles together to form a square.
Place 1-2 heaping spoonfuls of chicken mixture in the middle of crescent roll square.
Bring corners to the middle of the square and pinch together to form a square.
Continue this step for the remaining crescent rolls and chicken mixture.
Bake according to crescent roll directions typically 375º for approximately 15 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
Serve with a salad or vegetables. |
