8 cups flour
6 tsp baking powder
salt to taste
2 eggs
milk
water
black pepper after all mixed
2-3 green onions
codfish soaked over night
shrimp cut in small pieces


Directions:
Directions:
Shred codfish thinly. Soak codfish in water for a few hours. Squeeze out until not too salty.

Mix flour, salt, baking powder; Add 1/2 glass water; 1/2 cup milk; Add 1/2 glass more water; Add 2 eggs and mix. Keep adding water until mixed and soft. (Can add milk also); Add black pepper. Should be able to drop in spoonfuls if batter is thick enough.

Fry in hot oil. Serve with soy sauce.

Refrigerate in air-tight container or freeze.

Recipe copied from George Lum-Kam's recipe cards. Another big hit with our family. When mom and dad visited us, Dad often made a large batch of Accra for us. He really enjoyed making them and loved to watch the kids devour them.
