3C Large-flake rolled oats
1 1/2 Natural almonds or pecans, chopped
3/4 C Sunflower Seeds
1/2 C Sesame Seeds
1 t. Cinnamon
1/4 t Salt
1/2 t Ground Ginger
2/3 C Maple Syrup
3 T Canola Oil
1/2 C Coconut Chips (optional)
1/3 C Dried Cranberries
1/2 C. Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, stir together oats, almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, cinnamon, salt, and ginger.
2. Add maple syrup and oil, stirring to coat: spread evenly on baking sheet.
3. Bake until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes and rotating pan halfway through, about 40 minutes.
4. Let cool completely in pan
5. Sprinkle coconut chips (if using), cranberries and raisins.
