Mussels - cleaned
Coconut milk
curry powder
turmeric
cumin
Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mussels and fry or bake in oven.

Mix coconut milk with curry powder with a little turmeric and cumin; Add small amount of water to thicken. Cook until mussels are tender and open or about 15 minutes in the oven.
