1 pkg Strawberry jell-o (or other red flavour)
1 cup hot water
1 can (15oz) fruit cocktail, drained
Syrup from fruit, plus water to make 1 cup
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jell-o in hot water. Add fruit syrup and water. Reserve 1 1/2 cup of this mixture. To the remainder, add the drained fruit cocktail. Turn into 3 cup mould. Chill until almost firm. Pour reserved Jell-O over top and chill until firm. Unmold and garnish with additional fruit cocktail.
