Ritz crackers (1 inner pkg rolled very fine)
2 tbsp melted butter
2 boxes instant pudding (any flavor)
1½ cups milk 1 pt vanilla ice cream softened
8 oz Cool Whip (divided)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix crackers and butter together – press into square Pyrex dish – mix pudding with milk until thickened – fold in ice cream and 2 oz Cool Whip – spread onto cracker mixture – spread remaining Cool Whip on top - garnish with fruit or nuts if desired- refrigerate if not serving immediately (if too long put in freezer if not serving right away)
