1 cup butter
½ cup confectioner sugar
2 cup flour
Dash salt
4 eggs
6 tbsp lemon juice
2 cup sugar
6 tbsp flour

Directions:
Bake at 350º
Mix together butter, confectioner sugar like pie crust – put in the bottom of a 9”x13” pan - bake for 20 min in the oven – mix well together the eggs, lemon juice, sugar and flour using a mixer – pour egg mixture on baked crust and spread evenly – bake for 20 to 30 min – while warm sprinkle lightly with confectioner sugar – cool in pan and cut into square
