1 lb Split peas (no salt) not too soft
2 tbsp ground Geero
1 tsp minced garlic
10 cup flour (31 roti)
1 1/2tsp salt
3/4 square margarine
2 tsp shortening
3-4 tbsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Knead to get mixed, leave for 20 minutes; Make into balls; Leave to sit 20 minutes. Fiill each ball with split pea mixture; and roll out and pan fry in butter.
