1½ cups flour
1½ sticks butter
½ cup chopped nuts
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 large container Col Whip (divided)
2 pkg instant chocolate pudding
3 cups cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 375º
1. Mix together flour, butter and nuts – spread in bottom of a 9” x 13” pan – put in oven and bake for 15 min – let cool
2. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip – spread onto cooled crust – mix pudding and milk until
thickened – spread over cream cheese layer – top with additional Cool Whip – refrigerate overnight
3. Variation: Substitute pistachio or butterscotch pudding – can top with grated chocolate, coconut or nuts
