Ingredients:  
2 pounds sweet potatoes
1 orange
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook whole unpeeled, potatoes in water until tender but not mushy.
Drain & let cool enough to handle. Peel them & slice in thick slices.

Cut unpeeled orange into thin slices.

Arrange the potatoes & oranges in layers in a baking dish.Sprinkle each layer with brown sugar, walnuts & butter.

Bake in moderate oven (375º??) for 45 minutes, basting occassionally with the syrup in the dish
