2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg Knorrs vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 loaf pumpernickel bread

Directions:
Directions:
* Defrost and drain spinach. Mix with next 4 ingredients.
* Remove top and insides of pumpernickel loaf to create a bread bowl. Cut removed bread in pieces.
* Place dip in hallowed pumpernickel loaf and use cut bread pieces for dipping
