3 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
4 eggs
Vanilla wafers
Cherry pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350º
Cream ingredients except vanilla wafers together – mix well –pour into 13” x 9”
Pan – put 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake liner – pour in the filling – place each liner in a cupcake pan – bake for 15 min – cool and put cherry pie filling on top
