1 pound linguine cooked and drained
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion/ chopped
1 red bell pepper/chopped
5 jalapenos peppers fresh or 3 pickled/chopped
2 tablespoons bottled minced garlic
1 lime
½ cup dry white wine(optional)
⅓ cup fresh parsley/ chopped
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro /chopped
½ tsp salt
1 pound medium shrimp cleaned
¼-½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Tabasco to taste on table

Directions:
Directions:
In a large non-stick skillet place olive oil and sauté onion and when translucent add peppers, jalapenos until heated.
Add in garlic and juice of limes and wine.
Add parsley , cilantro and salt mix thoroughly.
Add shrimp and heat until opaque.
In a large bowl mix the hot linguine and contents from pan together and add grated parmesan cheese.
Serve.
