½ c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour
½ c. butter, melted

8 oz. cream cheese
½ c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together pecans, flour, and butter. Press into a 9" x 13" pan and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip until creamy. Layer over baked crust.

Mix together pudding and milk and layer over the rest. Spread Cool Whip over the whole thing.
