2 c. warm water (thank of baby bath water)
2/3 c. white sugar
1 1/2 T. yeast
1 1/2 t. salt
1/4 vegetable oil (or butter)
6 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar and water in bowl, mix together. Sprinkle with yeast and let dissolve 5-15 minutes. It should get frothy...Add the salt, oil (or butter) and half the flour, mix together using a stand mixer.
Add remaining flour. Change to dough hook and mix till its pulling away from the sides (or just use your hands).

Pull out onto lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes.
Place in greased bowl flipping to cover both sides. Top with saran wrap or wet warm towel. Set aside in draft free area and let rise until doubles in size. About 1 hour.

Lay out on lightly floured surface and cut in half. put one in each bread pan, or I use half for cinnamon rolls (see recipe). Make sure pan is well buttered.
Cover and let rise again until double in size and bake at 350, pull out and brush with butter, let rest 10 minutes before removing from pan to cooling rack.
