1 (9 inch) pie shell
3 large or 4 small eggs separated
1 (14 oz) can condensed mild
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Prick pie shell with fork – Bake at 400º for 5 minutes – remove from oven – In a large bowl beat egg yolks – add condensed milk and beat again – add lime juice and beat until smooth – pour into baked pie shell – beat egg whites gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form – top pie with meringue – bake a 375º for 5 to 7 min on rack in center of oven – chill until serving
