8 slices of bacon
1 large onion
3 Tbsp flour
2 eggs beaten
1 c milk
1/2 c grated swiss cheese
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1 unbaked pie shell
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Fry bacon and saute onion in bacon drippings. Crumble bacon and mix with sauteed onions. Sprinkle flour over mixture. Beat eggs and add milk. Stir in bacon and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheeses over bottom of pie crust. Cover with mixture. Bake for 1 hour.
