12 oz cream cheese (softened
½ cup sugar
½ pt whipping cream
1½ medium bananas (sliced)
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shell (baked)
GLAZE
1 pkg frozen blueberries
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch

PIE
Bake pie shell until it is golden brown - combine cream cheese and sugar – set aside - whip cream until it forms stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheer/sugar mixture –slice bananas and place in baked pie shell – cover with cream cheese mixture – chill for 2 to 3 hours
GLAZE
Combine glaze ingredients (blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch) and cook over low stirring it until it thickens – cool – then pour over pie just serving – refrigerate again and serve
