1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick softened butter
2 cups Cool Whip (divided)
8 oz creamed cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
2 (3 oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
Chopped pecans for topping
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Layer #1 – mix flour, nuts, and butter - pat into a 13 x 9 2 inch pan and bake for 15 min – allow to cool
Layer #2 –mix 1 cup Cool Whip – cream cheese and sugar – spread onto cooled first layer
Layer #3 - mix instant pudding with 3 cups milk according to package directions – spread onto second layer
Layer #4 – spread on 1 cup cool whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans – refrigerate
When completely cooled cut and serve
