6 roma tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
1 lime
½ t garlic powder
¼ c onion (chopped)
½ c cilantro (chopped)
salt to taste
jalapeno or serrano peppers to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chopped tomatoes, onions, and cilantro in a bowl. Squeeze juice of lime over mixture. Add garlic powder and salt to taste. Add jalapeno or serrano peppers to taste. Chill for at least 30 mins and serve with fresh tortilla chips.

Instead of tomatoes you can use fresh pineapple or fresh mango to this recipe or add in addition to the tomatoes.

Add as much or as little of the ingredients as you wish.
Fresh onions give me really bad heartburn, but I discovered that if I soak the chopped onions in the lime juice it doesnt affect me as much.
