3 large eggs
1 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 qt milk
2 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Add milk and mix well. Pour into prepared pie shells. Bake for 20 minutes, reduce temperature to 350º and bake 15-20 minutes more until custard is set. (It will jiggle a little in the middle - DO NOT bake until it forms a bubble.
