2 whole pork tenderloins (about 12 oz each)
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp dry red wine
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 clove crushed garlic
4 whole green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350º
Combine soy sauce, wine, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, garlic, and onion (leave whole) in a large bowl – add pork turning tenderlions to coat completely – drain pork reserving liquid marinade – place pork on a wire rack over a baking pan - bake in moderate oven until done about 45 min – during the baking process turn and baste frequently using reserved marinade sauce – remove pork from oven - cool – cut into diagonal slices – garnish with green onion – serve with rice
