1 14 ounce can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 16 ounce Mason jar

Directions:

1. Pour the can of Sweetened Condensed Milk into the Mason jar and put the lid on.
2. Put the trivet in the Instant Pot and set the jar on the trivet.
3. Fill the Instant Pot with water until it is almost to the lid of the Mason jar.
4. Put the lid on the Instant Pot and set for 40 minutes.
5. When it beeps after the 40 minutes, quick release the steam and carefully remove the Mason jar.
6. Let it sit on the counter to cool.

You can use this to pour over a cheesecake or brownies, pour it into a pie crust to make a caramel pie (topped with whipped cream), put it in your coffee, or just have a spoonful! It’s pretty yummy, and super easy!
