1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
½ cup onion, finely diced
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a large casserole with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Add the spinach and cook until the meat is done.

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan, and salt and pepper. Mix well.

Combine the cream cheese mixture and the meat mixture, and spoon into the prepared casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until bubbly and browned on top.

Yield: 6 servings
