1 ½ cups milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
½ teaspoon salt
Dash of cayenne
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons flour
½ pound bacon, crisply cooked
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°. Combine milk, eggs, and seasonings; mix well. Toss cheese with flour; add cheese mixture and bacon to egg mixture. Pour into pastry shell. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
