3 large Chicken breast, cut into 2 inch strips
2 Tbs Brown rice flour
¼ cup melted butter
3 cloves garlic or 1½ teas garlic powder
⅓ cup Buffalo wing hot sauce
¼ cup gluten free ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Place Chicken pieces into a greased 2.5- quart slow cooker
In a sauce pan whisk together the brown rice flour and melted butter for 2-3 minutes to toast the flour.
Slowly whisk in the garlic and Buffalo wing sauce. Pour sauce over chicken in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6. Serve with ranch dip.
