Salad:
1 med Napa cabbage-cut up fine
2 pkgs chicken flavored ramon noodles
1 bunch of green onions
1 cup of sliced almonds

Dressing:
3/4 cup canola oil
2 T sugar
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 flavor packets from ramen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

1. Toast almonds and noodles in oven. Watch closely-will burn quickly.

2. Mix together cabbage, sliced green onions and toasted almonds and ramen noodles.

2. Dressing: Mix all dressing ingredients well.

3. Pour dressing over cabbage and serve immediately.
