4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. canola oil
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinammon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Frosting:
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
3-4 c. powdered sugar
1-2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9 x13 baking dish
2. Mix the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin with a mixer until light and fluffy
3. Pour flour, powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda into another bowl and mix.
4. Pour flour mixture into pumpkin mixture and mix until incorporated and smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the baking dish and level out the batter.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
7. Let cool before frosting.

Frosting:
1. Combine cream cheese and butter in a bowl and mix until smooth
2. Add the sugar slowly until you reach the desired consistency.
3. Stir in the vanilla.
