2 eggs (room temp)
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. 1/2 + 1/2 (1 Pint) half and half
1 pint All purpose cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until fluffy-In stainless steal saucepan, combine sugar, flour and salt. gradually stir in 1/2 + 1/2 cook over low heat or in double boiler stirring with spoon constantly until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens. Add slowly to eggs. cook 1 min. chill Stir in cream and vanilla
