1-Pack of Chicken thighs (cleaned & trimmed)
1-Pack Chicken drumsticks (cleaned)
1-Pack whole wings (cleaned and trimmed)
1-16 oz bottle of Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce
1-16 oz Bottle KC Masterpiece Caribbean Jerk Marinade
1-12 oz Bottle Lawry's Tropical Fruit (Hawaiian) Marinade
1-Medium bottle of yellow mustard
Seasonings: Mesquite Seasoning, Italian Seasoning, Poultry Seasoning, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Chicken, Mustard (all of it), Seasonings (extra generously), in a large bowl or in a cleaned and sanitized sink. Stir well so that mustard and seasonings fully coat all the chicken. Transfer to large Foil pan or baking dish and cover tightly with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven until juice is at top of chicken, (usually about 2-3 hours). Drain off chicken juice and discard. In large bowl combine Mae Ploy, Jerk Marinade, and Hawaiian marinade and mix. Then pour ¾ of mixture over chicken, and put back in oven covered until chicken gets browned. Take out add rest of sauce and cover till ready to serve.
