1 lb ground beef
½ cup dry bread crumbs
⅓ cup minced onion
¼ cup milk
1 egg
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup shortening
1 (12 oz) bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz) jar grape jelly
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce all together until well mixed – shape into 1 inch ball – melt shortening in a large skillet and brown meatballs- heat chili cause and grape jelly in a large pot, stirring until jelly melts – add meatballs and stir until thoroughly coated - simmer uncovered for 30 min – serve in a chafing dish with toothpicks
