Peel potatoes.
Thinly slice potatoes.
Cover potatoes 3/4 way with water.
Add a dash of salt

Bring potatoes to a boil and cook till tender. If there is too much water drain a bit off. Pour half-n-half cream on cooked potatoes. Add as much parsley as desired. Fill your bowl and savor the flavor of Grandma's delicious cream potatoes.
